Leading change: An interview with the CEO of Eni

Paolo Scaroni has been CEO of three major European companies: Pilkington, the UK-based glassmaker; Enel, Italy's leading electric utility; and Eni, an Italian oil and gas major.
In this interview he discusses his experiences, which have included leading a classic operational turnaround, reshaping an unfocused business portfolio, and injecting new energy into an already successful company.
